The searcher list view is your central hub for managing all of your active and archived searchers. This page provides an overview of each searcher's performance and gives you quick access to manage their settings and view results.
At the top of the page, you can toggle between viewing active searchers and archived searchers. This helps you organize your searchers based on whether they're currently running or have been deactivated.
Each searcher displays important status information in boxes showing:
These indicators give you a quick overview of how much new content each searcher has found and how much historical data you've accumulated.
You can archive a searcher by clicking the trash icon. This completely turns off the searcher so it will no longer search for results on any platform. Archived searchers can still be viewed in the archived searchers section.
The power button allows you to temporarily deactivate a searcher. Unlike archiving, deactivated searchers still appear in your active searchers list, but they won't currently be searching for new results. This is useful when you want to pause a searcher temporarily without losing its place in your active list.

Click the star icon to favorite a searcher, which will make it appear first in your searcher list. This is helpful for prioritizing your most important searchers.
Click the "i" icon to view the current results for any searcher. This takes you directly to the results page where you can see all matches found by that particular searcher.
Once your searcher has been running long enough to accumulate data, you can click the "View Analytics" button to see performance charts and graphs. The analytics feature provides insights into your searcher's activity over time.
We're continuously expanding the analytics capabilities, so if you have suggestions for additional graphs, charts, or metrics you'd like to see, please share your feedback with our team.
Click the pencil and paper icon to access the settings page for any searcher. This allows you to modify the platforms being monitored, update your filtering criteria, change notification settings, or adjust any other configuration options.
Use the combination of favoriting, deactivation, and archiving features to keep your searcher list organized. Favorite your most important searchers, deactivate seasonal or temporary ones, and archive searchers you no longer need but want to keep for reference.
The searcher list view is designed to give you maximum control and visibility over all your monitoring activities from a single, convenient location.
